In the second season of MLB2, there was a draft before the season started, consisting of 3 rounds. Each team selected a player from a list of myself and some friends, players from the Commodore 64 game Hardball, and random MLB or minor league players. The order of picks was the same in each round, and there was a pre-draft trade, noted below.
